PPAG honours Professor Fred Sai

The Planned Parenthood Association of Ghana (PPAG) and the International Planned Parenthood Federation Africa Region (IPPF) has jointly honoured Professor Fred Sai, a renowned Ghanaian Physician with a plaque for his contributions in health care delivery.

Prof Sai championed the course of Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights (SRHR) of women and issues pertaining to promotion of child health. As part of his contribution in the health sector, the “Fred Sai Institute,” was re-launched in Accra to periodically give out research grants to post graduate students to conduct research in the field of SRHR and contribute to the works of Prof Sai.
